Uniting Burnside is a member of the Uniting services. It is one of the largest providers of child and family services in New South Wales and in 2010 worked with 13,000 children, young people and family members. Uniting Burnside holds the records of Burnside's various operations on the North Parramatta site, and of Burnside group homes and projects in and around Sydney. Uniting Burnside was formerley known as UnitingCare Burnside under UnitingCare New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory.

Uniting Burnside is the name of the organisation that began as Burnside Presbyterian Orphan Homes in 1911, and became Burnside Presbyterian Homes, Burnside Homes, Burnside and UnitingCare Burnside. It is based on the North Parramatta site, where Burnside Homes were first established.
