The Infants' Custody Act 1883 (No 295 of 46 and 47 Vic, 1883-4) was passed on 28 February 1884. Its full title is 'An Act to provide for the Custody of Infants'. The Act was repealed by the Guardianship of Infants Act 1887 on 16 November 1887.
