Government reports (Signposts 2004, pp.363-364) give very little information about Myera House. In 1987, it was reported that children returned home to their communities during school holidays. By 1994, only seven boys (aged 15 to over 18 years) had been admitted to Myera.
Myera House closed sometime after 2004.
