The records of Greenplace Hostel held by the State Records Office of Western Australia include:
- Medical Journal, 1946 - c.1979. Contains notes on the medical treatment of patients, including doctors' notes, general observations, and information about injuries to or death of patients. SROWA reference number S435.
- Register - Admissions and Discharges, 1954 - 1978. Contains admission and discharge details and an alphabetical index to patients. Although the register was not created until 1954, it contains details of patients admitted from 1926 through to 1978. SROWA reference number S436.
