Christmas opening hours for the Find & Connect support services differ between states; the opening hours for the services in each state and territory are listed below.
When you call 1800 16 11 09 you’ll be transferred to the Find & Connect support service in your state. If you need urgent assistance over the Christmas period, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
ACT (Canberra and Regions)
Canberra and Wagga
Closed from 5pm on Tuesday 23 December and will re-open on Wednesday 7 January 2015.
New South Wales
Closed from 5pm on Wednesday 24 December and will re-open on Monday 5 January 2015.
Northern Territory
Closed from 5pm on Wednesday 24 December and will re-open on Monday 5 January 2015.
Queensland
Brisbane and Townsville
Closed from 5pm on Wednesday 24 December and will re-open on Monday 29 December. Also closed Thursday 1 January 2015.
Rockhampton
Closed from 5pm 16 December and will re-open on Tuesday 6 January 2015.
The Rockhampton phone line will be diverted to Brisbane during this time.
South Australia
Closed from 5pm on Wednesday 24 December and will re-open 9am Friday 2 January 2015.
Tasmania
