In the early 1950s, Lutanda Children's Services purchased 57 acres of land at Canton Beach near Toukley as a holiday home for children in the Lutanda Children's Home. It became known as Camp Toukley.
When Lutanda Children's Home closed Lutanda Children's Services transitioned to providing family group homes in Baulkham Hills and Glenmore Park. The model of care was described as being "based on the original concept of a Christian parent model. We support the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of children and young people in our care by modelling a balanced lifestyle of family relationships, education, sport, work ethics, and worship." In February 2010, it was reported that eight children lived in the homes. The family group homes closed in 2013.
In 2007, the Christian Youth Council merged with Lutanda Children's Services. They continue to host holiday camps for children, including for disabled children and children in foster or out-of-home care settings, under the name CCC Camps.
