The Children and Young People (Consequential Amendments) Act 2008 (Act no. 20/2008) was a subsequential instance of the Children and Young People Act 1999. It commenced on 17 July 2008 and was repealed by the Legislation Act 2001 on 28 October 2008.

Sections 1 and 2: 17 July 2008; Sections 3: 18 July 2008, Schedule 2 part 2.2: 9 September 2008, Schedule 3 part 3.4: 27 October 2008.
