This is a NSW Government Department of Family and Community Services fact sheet and form for people who wish to register their name in the Reunion and Information Register (RIR). The Reunion and Information Register (RIR) used to be called the Adopted Persons Contact Register (APCR).

The fact sheet provides detailed information about what the Reunion and Information Register (RIR) is, who can put their name on it, and how to put your name on the Reunion and Information Register (RIR). The Reunion and Information Register was set up to assist people separated by adoption to exchange information with each other, make contact and if they both wish/agree, have a reunion. People can also leave messages like letters or photographs for specific people in the Reunion and Information Register (RIR).
