The Lovett Street Family Home, in Rangeville, Toowoomba, was operated by the Presbyterian and Uniting Churches. It opened and was licensed in around 1969 or 1970. Control was transferred to the Uniting Church on 22 June 1977. In around 2000, the property was sold to Rangeville Uniting Church.
