This act with the full title "An Act to establish the Children Services Tribunal, to provide for the review by the tribunal of certain decisions about services for children, and for other purposes" (Act no.59/2000) established the Children Services Tribunal. This act was repealed by the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2009 (No.23) on 1 December 2009.
