The North Adelaide Community Unit was the new name given to Stuart House Boys' Hostel in 1990. It was run by the government as a home for older school boys under the care of the Department. Boys attended local schools and took part in other community activities. In 1997 the North Adelaide Community Unit relocated to Regency Park and was renamed the Regency Park Community Unit.
