Good Samaritans, Greek Orthodox
Dismus House was opened by the Good Samaritan Order of the Greek Orthodox Church in 1980 in a former hospital building at 54 Augusta Street, Glenelg. Run by a management committee it provided care, counselling and vocation opportunities for youth. It had two dormitories that accommodated up to 12 residents. Dismus House is thought to have closed in the 1980s.
