The Masters and Servants Act 1841 (5 Vic. 1841, No.10) was assented to on 15 November 1841. Full title: An Act for the Summary Determination of all Disputes between Master and Servant. The Act was repealed by the Masters and Servants Act 1847 on 23 July 1847.
