The Destitute Persons and State Children's Acts Amendment Act 1903 (Act No. 832/1903) was passed on 30 October 1903. Its full title was: "An Act to amend 'The Destitute Persons Act, 1881' and 'The State Children Act, 1895'". The Destitute Persons and State Children's Acts Amendment Act 1903 was repealed by the Maintenance Act 1926 on 7 April 1927.
