The Inter-State Destitute Persons Relief Act 1910 (Act No. 1008/1910) was passed on 23 November 1910 and commenced on 5 January 1911. Its full title was' An Act for the Relief of Persons whose Relatives liable to support them reside in another State of the Commonwealth, and for other purposes'. It was repealed by the Maintenance Act Amendment Act 1965 on 27 January 1966.
