The Education Act Amendment Act 1942 (Act No.24/1942) was passed on 19 November 1942 and commenced 19 November 1942. Its full title was 'An Act to amend the Education Act 1915-1941, so as to provide for the licensing of private technical schools'. The Education Act 1915 was repealed by the Education Act 1972 on 14 December 1972.
