The Mental Health (Supplementary Provisions) Act 1935 is the Mental Defectives Act 1935 (Act no. 2230/1935), incorporating all amendments for the Mental Defectives (Mental Health) Act 1935 that were in force on 1 January 1995.
The Act was repealed by the Criminal Law Consolidation (Mental Impairment) Amendment Act 1995, which commenced in 1996.
