The Statutes Amendment (Sentencing) Act 1992 (Act No.34/1992) was passed on 21 May 1992 and commenced 30 September 1992. This Act amended the Criminal Law (Sentencing) Act 1988, the Children's Protection and Young Offenders Act 1979 and the Correctional Services Act 1982.
