The Children's Protections (Implementation of Report Recommendations) Amendment Act 2009 (Act No.65/2009) was passed on 10 December 2009 and commenced Ss 4; 5(1) and (2); 7; 8; 9 and 20: 1 January 2011; remainder: 31 December 2009. The Act amended the Children's Protection Act 1993, and made related amendments to the Health and Community Services Complaints Act 2004.
