The Statutes Amendment (Young Offenders) Act 2013 (Act No.61/2013) was passed on 14 November 2013 and commenced 11 July 2013. Its long title is 'An Act to amend the Young Offenders Act 1993 and the Criminal Law (Sentencing) Act 1988'.
