The Parental Support and Responsibility Regulations 2009 came into operation on 28 March 2009, when the Parental Support and Responsibility Act 2008 section 42 became effective. These regulations support the operation of the Parental Support and Responsibility Act 2008 (WA). The regulations name the State and Commonwealth agencies that must share information to ensure the Act can work effectively. These regulations were repealed by the Children and Community Services Legislation Amendment and Repeal
Act 2015 on 1 January 2016.
