'Government Gazette Western Australia No. 76' documents the change of names to two departments which hold records for people who were in out of home care. The Department for Child Protection was given the name, Department for Child Protection and Family Support. The Department of Indigenous Affairs was given the name Department of Aboriginal Affairs. Name changes took effect from 17 May 2013. See page 1972.
