The British Association for Adoption and Fostering hosts a web-based resource called 'Adoption Search Reunion', which has a range of resources that help people search for their British relatives and access records about adoption. The website might be useful for: people who were sent to Australia as unaccompanied child migrants; adoptees in Western Australia whose birth parents were British; or people who went into out of home care or were adopted in Australia after their parent(s) emigrated from Britain and who have subsequently lost contact with their British extended family of origin.
