The organisation is governed by a Board of ten community representatives with expertise in governance, business, marketing, education and training and financial management. The CEO reports to the Board, and has two direct reports-the Client Services Manager and the Business Manager. Anchor Inc employs approximately 40 staff and relies on the services of around 100 volunteers. Local community organisations including service clubs, businesses and churches also help to support Anchor Inc.
