The Children and Young People (Death Review) Amendment Act 2011 (Act no. 9/2011) was a variation of the Children and Young People Act 2008. Sections 1 and 2 commenced on 17 March 2011, the remainder on 17 September 2011. It was repealed by the Legislation Act 2001 (Section 89, paragraph 1) on 18 September 2011.
