Entries for each day in the Daily Log include the following information: admissions and discharges (surnames and initials only), statistics on the total number of girls in the Centre at midnight and the number of admissions and discharges that day. They also include morning, afternoon and night reports (providing the names of officers on duty, the names of girls with the best made beds, the best behaved girls and the best workers, as well as the number of girls in the section, their general behaviour, and notes on any unusual occurrences).
According to Connecting Kin (1998), there are 23 volumes of Daily Log Of Admissions, Discharges And Occurrences (Girls' Section).
