The information in the Discharge Register includes; number, date of discharge, name, age, height, weight and circumference of chest of each boy, by what authority discharged, in case of death, cause of death and initials of medical officer, conduct whilst on board (NB: the reformatory was originally the former prison hulk for men, "Proserpine"), and any further remarks.
