This register, kept by the Ipswich Special Hospital and subsequently Challinor Centre Ipswich, records discharges, removals and deaths.Details for each entry include the date of discharge, removal or death, date of last admission, number in register of patient and christian and surname at length, discharges - recovered, relieved, not improved (males and females) - removed to some other asylum (Goodna), died, assigned cause of death, age at death, observations (for example, where buried, where transferred to).
