[From the National Library of Australia catalogue]: MS Acc09/195 comprises letters received by Shirley Steans Beaumont from former female residents of the Salvation Army Catherine Booth Girls' Home in East Kew, Melbourne describing their childhood experiences at the Home. In addition, there are photographs of the 2006 reunion of these women and two books self-published by Steans Beaumont: A window of time (2009), comprising the letters, and Time behind the green door (2006), which documents the 2006 reunion (1 box).
