CREATE Foundation represents the voices of children and young people who are in out of home care. It is a national organisation and has a branch in Western Australia. CREATE Foundation Limited began in 1999. Before that, it was known as the Australian Association of Young People in Care (AAYPC).
CREATE Foundation conducts and participates in research, advocates for and advises on policies that support young people in care and leaving care, and keeps and publishes statistics relating to children and young people in care in Australia.
