Public access is within the guidelines of privacy legislation and restrictions by donors of material. Some material may be considered by the Archivist to be too frail for accession. No client or financial records are held.
The Salvation Army Heritage Centre in Melbourne has records and memorabilia relating to the history of the Salvation Army in the southern part of Australia, including Western Australia.
but there is memorabilia and historical information for some of the facilities run by the Salvation Army in WA. Also, the Salvation Army's magazine War Cry is part of this collection and it has news and photos from Homes in WA.
