Calvary Youth Services was incorporated on 16 February 1993, as Calvary Youth Services Mandurah Inc., but it was described in the Out of Home, Preventative and Alternative Care Services Review in 1995 (Signposts, 2004 p.597), as 'Calvary Welfare Services'.
In 2001 (Signposts, p.597), Calvary Youth Services was described as providing emergency accommodation at their premises in Sutton Street and had two other medium-term supported accommodation units in Lanyon Street and Day Road, Mandurah. Up to 11 young people could be accommodated at any one time.
