Contact Details for Victorian entries

Posted on 3 October 2013 by

Some of our users in Victoria have already noticed some changes to the way Contact Details for organisations that hold records are currently appearing on the website.

The contact information is appearing in a different way, due to a redesign process that we’re currently going through. The information is still there, just in a new place – you have to scroll down until you see an organisation’s contact details, under the heading “Related Contact Details”, and clicking on the link. (Here’s an example for Lentara Uniting Care – you’ll see that there is a link to Lentara’s home page, and further down the page, a link to their contact details.)

We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience, and ask you to bear with us for a little bit longer until we get our new design up and running. The redesign process is being informed by the results of usability testing with our users, and we think that getting in touch with the right organisation to locate records will soon be much easier.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the web resource team if you are having trouble finding any information, or if you have any questions about content on the site. Use the link in the ‘Want some help?’ section to Ask Us A Question and we will get in touch with you as soon as we can.

Stay tuned for more news on the redesigned Find & Connect web resource!
