Christmas opening hours for the Find & Connect support services differ between states; the opening hours for the services in each state and territory are listed below.
When you call 1800 16 11 09 you’ll be transferred to the Find & Connect support service in your state. If you need urgent assistance over the Christmas period, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
ACT (Canberra and Regions)
Closed at the end of Monday 23 December and will re-open Tuesday 7 January.
New South Wales
Closed at the end of Tuesday 24 December and will re-open on Thursday 2 January.
Northern Territory
Closed at the end of Friday 20 December and will re-open Thursday 2 January.
Queensland
Closed from 2pm on Tuesday 24 December and will re-open Friday 27 December. Also closed Wednesday 1 January.
South Australia
Closed from 4pm on Tuesday 24 December and will re-open Thursday 2 January.
Tasmania
Closed from 1pm on Tuesday 24 December and will re-open Friday 3 January.
Victoria
Closed from 5pm on Tuesday 24 December and will re-open Friday 27 December. Also closed Wednesday 1 January.
Western Australia
