The Aboriginal Land Grant (Jervis Bay Territory) Act 1986 is, according to the long title, 'an Act to grant land in the Jervis Bay Territory to the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community, and for other purposes'. The Act provides for grants of land in the Jervis Bay Territory of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), and is the only legislation in the ACT to implement Aboriginal land rights.
The Aboriginal Land Grant has been amended by seven acts since 1989 and as of 29 June 2013 includes the Statute Law Revision Act 2013.
