The Adoption (Consequential Amendments) Act 1993 (Act no. 23/1993) full title was 'An Act to amend certain Acts in consequence of the enactment of the Adoption Act 1993'.
The Acts amended by this Bill were the Artificial Conception Act 1985, the Birth (Equality of Status) Act 1988, the Children's Services Act 1986, and the Testamentary Guardianship Act 1984. The Bill commenced on 31 July 1993 and was repealed by the Statute Law Amendment Act 2000 on 21 December 2000.
