The Children and Young People (Transition from Out-of-Home Care) Amendment Act 2012 (Act no. 3/2012) was a variation of the Children and Young People Act 2008. Sections 1 and 2 commenced on 29 February 2012, the remainder on 1 March 2012. It was repealed by the Legislation Act 21 (Section 89 paragraph 1) on 2 March 2012.
