It includes information such as date of admission/discharge, girl's name, date of birth, reason for committal (e.g. offence charged with), name of court, if the girl was transferred to/from another institution, if the girl was going on/returning from leave (e.g. to hospital, a shelter, court, on remand) or had absconded, who the girl was discharged to and their address, and the length of her incarceration at the Hay Institution.
