Discharge Registers [Taldree Remand Centre] provide information on the people discharged from Taldree Remand Centre between 9 November 1976 and 24 April 1980. The records include the date of discharge, the name of the person, their date of birth and age, the reason for discharge, to whom they were discharged and the relationship between that person and the person discharged, and the address they were discharged to.
Access to these records is restricted. People wishing to access restricted records can either contact their nearest Community Services Centre to apply or they can post the information; an application form must be completed together with proof of identity provided.
According to Connecting Kin (1998), there are 3 volumes of Discharge Registers [Taldree Remand Centre].
