The Register contains standard forms giving the property or reserve name and location, details of dwelling(s) erected such as contractor's name, date, cost, correspondence, file number ('C' file). Some forms give tenant's name, occupation, year of birth, monthly payment or rental and period of repayment. There is an alphabetical index in the front of the volume, arranged by town name.
