The Child Welfare (Commonwealth Agreement Ratification) Act 1962 (28/1962) ratified the agreement, existing since 1941, between the NSW and ACT governments that children committed to homes by Courts in the ACT could be placed in New South Wales. This was made under the Child Welfare (Commonwealth Agreement Ratification) Act 1941 and Child Welfare Agreement Ordinance (ACT) 1941. In 2014 this Act was current.
