The Child Welfare (Commonwealth Agreement Ratification) Act 1941 was an Act to ratify an agreement between New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia that children committed to Homes by Courts in the Australian Capital Territory could be transferred to the New South Wales Child Welfare Department. The Agreement was made via the Child Welfare Agreement Ordinance (ACT) 1941. In 2014 this Act was current.
