The CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is the new name for Centacare Diocese of Broken Bay. The name change occurred in late 2013. CatholicCare Broken Bay provides social services from Willoughby in northern Sydney up to Woy Woy on the Central Coast. CatholicCare Broken Bay provides foster care and out-of-home care residential services for the Catholic Diocese of Broken Bay at Sherbrook House (1991-); Stephen Street Hornsby (2002-2004); Orana Chittaway and Kangy Angy (2005-); Thanbarra Normanhurst and Kenthurst (2006-2012); Illoura Waitara, Wahroonga and Epping (2006-); Tristania/Grainger Arcadia, Beecroft, Cherrybrook (2006-); Peats Ridge and Wyoming and Saratoga, Avoca and Erina (2006-).
