The Intestate Wards (Distribution of Estates) Ordinance 1961 (Act no. 11/1962) was titled 'An Ordinance to provide for the distribution of the estates of certain wards and aboriginals dying intestate'. Its assent date was 29 March 1962 and it commenced on 19 September 1962. It was repealed by the Intestate Aboriginals (Distribution of Estates) Act Repeal Act 1979 (Act no. 37/1979), on 3 December 1979.
