The Xavier Children's Support Network, in Mt Gravatt, was the new name for the Xavier Home for Crippled Children. The name changed in 1994 when the model of care changed from institutional to a community based model. The organisation is run by the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary. In 2016 the name changed again to InFocus Disability Services. By 2018, the name had reverted to Xavier.
Xavier supports families with children with severe disabilities from the ages of infancy to 18 years.
