State Children Act Amendment Act 1924 (1924 - 1966)

Amending Act

This act, with the full title "An Act to further Amend "The State Children Act of 1911" in a certain particular"(Act no.15 Geo. V No.31) amends the State Children Act 1911. The amendment extends the provision of education and support for 'state children' from primary school to include high school at the discretion of the Director. This act and the principle act it amends were both repealed by the Children's Services Act 1965 (Act no. 42/1965) on the 1st of August 1966.
