This act with the full title "An Act to amend the Adoption of Children Act 1964, and for other purposes" makes significant revision to the regulations surrounding the processes of becoming or applying to become an adoptive parent. This act was
repealed by Acts Interpretation Act 1945 (s.22C) on 2 July 2002.
