The Archives holds records of the present Lutheran Church as well as records of earlier Lutheran synods in Australia. These synods amalgamated to form the present day church. The Lutheran Archives holds some records related to Koonibba Children's Home (1913 - 1963), Lutheran Emergency Home for Children (1966-1982?) and the Lutheran Girls' Hostel (1959-1982?).
