The State Children (Amendment) Act (No 750 of 63 and 64 Vic, 1900) was passed on 5 December 1900. Its full title was: An Act to Amend the Law Relating to State Children, and for Other Purposes. The State Children Act 1900 amends both the State Children Act 1895 and the Affiliation (Law Amendment) Act 1898.
