The Mental Health Act Amendment Act 1969 (Act No.78/1969) was passed on 11 December 1969. Its full title was 'An Act to amend the Mental Health Act, 1935-1969'. It inserts provisions for the licensing of persons to conduct a psychiatric rehabilitation hostel.
